QDEESSE reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. By placing an order, you agree to all the terms stated below. All sales are final.

1. Order | 下单须知
• Please ensure all order information (name, address, phone number, color, size, quantity) is correct. No changes, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are allowed once payment is made.
请确保订单信息(姓名、地址、电话、颜色、尺码、数量)准确无误。付款后恕不接受任何更改、取消、退款或换货。
• Confirming an order means you agree to all our terms.
一旦确认订单,即代表您同意本条款内容。
• Points can only be earned via purchases made through the official website. Unpaid orders will be auto-cancelled within 12-24 hours.
会员积分仅限通过官网购物累积。未付款订单将在 12-24 小时内自动取消。
⚠ Orders are not reserved until payment is completed. No item will be held or restocked for unpaid orders.
未完成付款的订单不视为成立,商品亦不会为您保留或补货。
2. Delivery | 发货时间
• In-stock items will be shipped within 1–3 working days upon payment confirmation (excluding weekends & public holidays).
现货商品将在确认付款后 1-3 个工作日内发货(不含周末及公共假期)。
• Shipping days are Monday to Friday.
发货时间为每周一至周五。
• If your order contains both ready-stock and pre-order items, you may choose to ship together or separately. Shipping fee will apply per shipment.
如订单包含现货与预购商品,您可选择合并发货或分开发货,运费将按每次发货计算。

3. Self Pickup | 自取说明
• You will be notified via WhatsApp when your order is ready for collection. Please collect within 3 months. Orders not collected will be cancelled and not refunded.
我们将在订单准备好后通过 WhatsApp 通知您取货。请务必于 3 个月内完成自取,逾期将视为弃单,恕不退款。
• Pickup time and location will be informed via customer service.
自取时间及地址请以客服通知为准
4. Preorder / Restock | 预购 / 补单说明
• Preorder items will be shipped approximately 4–6 weeks after the cut-off date
预购商品预计在截单后 4–6 周内发货
• Arrival dates may be delayed due to factors such as shipping delays, production backlog, or material shortages
到货时间可能因运输延误、生产排期、面料短缺等不可控因素而延迟
• Delayed preorders cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the item is out of stock
除非商品缺货,其他延迟订单恕不接受取消或退款
• Arrival updates will not be provided individually
我们不提供任何关于补货 / 到货的个别通知
• In the event of discontinued or out-of-stock items, customers will be notified and refunded
若商品因完结生产而缺货,我们将在发货前通知并全额退款
5. Combine Orders | 拼单须知
• Orders may be combined only if placed under the same account and shipping to the same address.
拼单仅限同一账号、同一收件地址。
• For the second order, please select “Pick Up” > “Combine Order” at checkout to avoid double shipping fees.
第二笔订单请结账时选择【Pick Up】>【Combine Order】避免重复计算运费。
• Write your first order number in the remarks section.
请在备注栏填写第一笔订单编号。
• East Malaysia & Singapore orders will be notified of the final shipping fee before dispatch.
东马及新加坡订单将于发货前通知并结算实际运费。
6. Return & Exchange | 退换政策
• Exchanges are only accepted for defective items.
我们仅提供商品瑕疵更换服务。
• Major defects (e.g. torn, broken, unwearable) must be reported within 5 days of receiving your parcel, with clear photos sent to our customer service.
若收到严重瑕疵(如破损无法穿着),请于收货后 5 天内联系客服并附上清晰照片,经审核通过后安排换货。
Not eligible for return/exchange:
• Worn/washed items, items with body odor, perfume or stains
• Intimate wear (e.g. bras, panties, stick-on bras, safety shorts)
• Dislike of item, poor fit, or color difference
• Washable stains, loose threads, or slight size discrepancies (1–3cm)
• Complaints made after 5 days
以下情况不接受退换或退款:
• 商品已穿着、清洗、有体味、香水味或污渍
• 贴身商品(如内衣、内裤、胸贴、安全裤)
• 因个人喜好、尺寸不合、颜色不符期望
• 可洗污迹、轻微脱线、尺寸误差 1–3cm
• 超过 5 天未提出售后问题
Only orders within Malaysia are eligible for exchange.
退换服务仅限马来西亚本地订单,海外订单恕不受理。
7. Bounced Parcels | 被退回包裹
• If parcels are returned due to wrong address or unavailability to receive, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
若包裹因地址错误或无人签收被退回,重新邮寄费用由买家承担。
• If due to our mistake, we will cover the reshipping costs.
如因我方失误导致退回,重新邮寄费用将由我们承担。
• Combined shipping for bounced parcels with new orders is not allowed.
被退回包裹不可与新订单合并发货。
• Parcels not claimed within 30 days will be considered forfeited.
退回包裹若逾期 30 天未认领,将视为弃单处理。
8. Discount Codes / Store Credit | 折扣码 / 优惠券 / 回馈金额
• Discount codes must be entered before completing payment. They cannot be applied retroactively.
折扣码请务必于付款前输入,付款后无法补用、退款或取消订单。
• Some discount codes may have expiry dates and will not be extended.
折扣码可能设有有效期限,逾期作废,恕不展延。
• Orders using discount codes or credits are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.使用折扣码 / 优惠券 / 回馈金额的订单一律不接受退换。
• Discount codes and credits are not exchangeable for cash.
折扣码 / 回馈金额不可兑换成现金。
9. Membership Points | 会员积分制度
• Earn 1 point for every RM1 spent (excluding discounts & shipping).
每消费 RM1 可获得 1 点积分(不包含折扣与运费)。
• Points only apply to purchases made via the official website.
积分仅限通过官网购物获得。
• Store credit purchases do not accumulate points.
使用回馈金额结账将不计积分。
• Points expire after 12 months.
积分有效期为 12 个月。
• Points cannot be transferred or combined across accounts.
不同账号的积分不可合并或转让。
10. Product Quality Notice | 商品品质说明
QDEESSE specializes in daigou purchases of factory-produced clothing, which may include minor imperfections. The following are not considered defects:
• Size differences of 1–3cm
• Washable stains, loose threads, untrimmed fabric ends
• Color variation due to lighting or screen differences
• Slight differences in fabric or cut between batches
QDEESSE 专注于连线代购商品,多为非品牌工厂生产,可能存在轻微瑕疵,以下不视为质量问题,恕不接受退换:
• 尺寸误差 1–3cm
• 可清洗小污渍、轻微脱线、未剪裁线头
• 因拍摄光线或设备色差导致颜色略有不同
• 同款不同批次存在布料或剪裁差异(误差 1–3cm)
If you have high expectations for garment perfection, we recommend purchasing branded items from physical stores.
如您对商品完美度要求极高,建议至实体门市购买大品牌商品。
